Description

The inetdextra dhcp server is complete, tiny, and runs out of xinetd. It seems simpler to me to actually get rid of all the crazy scripting we have around both isc-dhcp and dnsmasq to inject A, reverse and AAAA records into DNS, and just do it - or most of it - inside of inetdextra.

We'd have to create a package, first, but it seems quite clear on how to 'do the right thing' inside of the C of the inetdextra dhcp server.

I also like the idea of a mini-jabber server.
