Description
There is nothing out there that I have found that can take a packet dump and analyze the 'fairness' between flows.
This is important to determine the actual efficacy of various FQ algorithms, as well as thoroughly (and hopefully graphically) documenting the impact of 'superpackets' - stuff originating with TSO and GSO offload mechanisms - on the rest of the network.
